Thank you for supporting handmade artistry. Each wire-wrapped piece is crafted with care and designed to last. Because wire jewelry is delicate, I stand behind my craftsmanship with a complimentary repair window. Please note that all sales are final on madewithloveyyc; I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
6-Month Complimentary Repair Policy
- Coverage: Free repairs for 6 months from the delivery date.
- Eligibility: Valid only for normal wear and tear or structural breakage.
- Examples covered: Loose wire wraps, failing clasps, or unraveled security coils.
- Exclusions: Does not cover severe accidental damage, crushing, or stepping on the piece.
- Exclusions: Does not cover tarnishing, chemical exposure, or gemstone loss from impact.
- Shipping: Buyer pays shipping to the studio. Return shipping is free.
How to Request a Repair
- Email: Contact phajik@gmail.com with your original order number.
- Photos: Attach clear photos of the damaged wirework.
- Timeline: Allow up to 2 weeks for the repair to be completed and shipped back
